This is PGSM Sailor Venus animated avatar icon that is part of a set.
I made this as a request by a friend for PGSM icons in 2006 and I found a really cute photo of the scouts, thought I'd make them into animated ones. I have lost the link where I got the image originally (a Filipino forum as I recall), but this one is the same, only smaller in pixels.
